The manufacturer (Bruncken & Gebhardt GmbH) grants a 2-year guarantee on the goods advertised with the guarantee promise. The warranty period begins with the invoice date. The manufacturer's guarantee covers the EU Schengen area and the United Kingdom. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer, as the guarantor, grants one of the following services under the guarantee:
- Free exchange of the defective part of the goods for a part that is free of defects (e.g. individual cards or poker chips, etc.)
In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the guarantor:
Bruncken & Gebhardt GmbH
Email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods
- abusive or improper treatment
- Environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
- Failure to observe any safety precautions
- Non-observance of the operating instructions
- Use of force (e.g. hit, push, fall)
- unauthorized repair attempts
- normal wear and tear
A claim under the guarantee presupposes that the guarantor, at his request, is able to check the guarantee case by sending in the goods or by sending photos. In the first case, care must be taken to ensure that damage during transport is avoided by using appropriate packaging. If a photo is requested by the guarantor, it must be taken in such a way that the damage is clearly visible.
To apply for the guarantee, you must provide the guarantor with proof of purchase upon request (e.g. by enclosing a copy of the original invoice for the goods sent). We ask for your understanding that the manufacturer can refuse the guarantee without providing proof of purchase, since the proof is used to calculate the guarantee period. You must also provide the seller's name and address if this data does not result from the transmitted proof of purchase or if the data there is no longer up-to-date.
In any case, the warranty is processed free of charge for you. Any shipping costs you may have paid will be reimbursed by the guarantor.
Your statutory rights in the event of defects are not restricted by this guarantee promise and you can make use of them free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights towards us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
